Mojo Monday 5/24, CAS-ual Friday 5/31, and CCMC 5/30

Mojo Monday 5/24, CAS-ual Friday 5/31, and CCMC 5/30

This week I created a card for THREE challenges! I love these challenges because it can help you in situations where you may need some inspiration. This week I was able to get both a sketch and color inspiration from Mojo Monday and Create with Connie and Mary. CAS (Clean and Simple) I am entering because I link my finished product fit the profile. You can click on the title of each challenge to go to the challenge page.

"Clean. And. Simple.
Uncluttered
Lots of open *white* space,
One clear focal point"

Here is my finished product...

Homemade Coasters

Homemade Coasters

What you see here is an empty cup of what WAS yummy Sweet Tea from a local pizza shop. Lol, no actually, what I am showing you is UNDER the empty cup! It is my homemade coaster. This one I made for my balcony mini-table so I only made one. I decided to try making coasters with Stampin' Up Designer Series Paper (DSP). I have done this before using paint and regular solid color paper, but never with Stampin' Up paper!

All you need is the following:

Tools & Techniques - My "Punch Pal"

My Punch Pal

Welcome to my first "Tools & Techniques" post! This is where I will share well...tools and techniques I use with Stampin' Up!

Ok there is no such thing (I don't think), as a Stampin' Up! Punch Pal, this is something I made up from ideas I found on various websites.

I know personally it is annoying when you want to pick a stamp and/or punch, but don't know if your image will fit! Or if you want to punch a space in a part of your card to see if an image will show through it, or what part would show! Well that is where this comes in handy and here it is...

Officially Stampin' Up!

I'm Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!

As of May 25, 2013 I am officially a Stampin' Up Demonstrator! I am excited! There are many reasons people sign up to be a demonstrator; discounts and special offers on great products, to build a business off something they love to do, or simply to be able to create, share, and teach. My personal reasons are for the discounts and to create, share, and teach, but that isn't to say it can't become a business one day!

For those of you who do not know what Stampin' Up! is:

"Stampin’ Up! is a direct-selling company that offers rubber stamps and paper crafting products through a network of independent contractors called demonstrators. In the last 19 years, Stampin’ Up! has become one of the top companies in the paper-crafting industry, developing a reputation for quality products, innovative techniques, and unparalleled support for its demonstrators (for more information on Stampin’ Up!’s history, please click here)." Check out the site here.
