Hello Everyone! My name is Britt {b.k.a believablyMe}. I am a native Yankee who worked my way down to NC and now reside in the Sunshine State of Florida.
I started blogging back in 2011 after moving to Florida, thanks to my bff of 22 years Ooooooo La La. I had no idea what I was going to blog about at the time so just wrote about any and everything that came to mind. My first post was about “The New American Christmas” (random right?). In 2013, I got heavy into crafting so my posts were primarily around my projects like this one and not much else.
I finally felt settled after moving again and my friends were telling me I needed to blog again. Part of me really missed it so it didn't take much convincing to start the ball rolling again. During this time, I also became a YouTube junkie. YouTube became my new bedtime routine. I decided to relaunch my blog in conjunction with an official YouTube channel (I had one for years but didn't use it but to watch videos).
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been interested in learning everything about every thing that interests me (I did that on purpose). You know the saying “jack of all trades, master of none”…just might be me. My friends call me a “Professional Student” and now that I am in my 30s, looking back, I think they are right lol.
I’ve tried many things in the areas of cooking, baking, web design, graphics design, fashion design, sign language, foreign language, calligraphy, and the list goes on and on! Some stuck, some faded away, and some got moved to the bucket list for later pursuit with many other things of interest. I feel while cliche, life is short, so why not explore your interests if given the vision and opportunity!
That is what BelievablyMe is all about. It is ME, sharing various parts of ME, with YOU! All of my ideas, creations, trials, dreams, triumphs and mistakes. Everything that makes me, me, random and all! My hope is to inspire others to live a little and pursue things that interest them, no matter how small, big, silly, or random it may be, by joining me on my journey to pursue the things that interest me.
A few of the things I have and will continue to post about here and on my YouTube channel:
